Job Summary
Manage jobs from start to finish, including supervising an Apprentice Installer, while installing acrylic systems in one day and handling carpentry, demolition, tile work, framing, or plumbing. Document installation progress using an iPad and interact professionally with customers. Lift 50+ lbs consistently and pass a DMV check for insurance purposes. Work a 40-hour week with Monday-Friday scheduling and paid overtime at 1.5x, earning $23-$28/hr plus bonuses. Requires 2+ years of construction or bathroom remodeling experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling
- Required to have acrylic installation experience
- Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. consistently
- Must be proficient in using technology such as iPad to document installation progress
- Ability to manage a job from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer
- For insurance purposes Lead Installers must be able to pass a DMV check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with commercial, high rise and multi unit remodeling preferred
