Construction Landscaper - Landscape Maintenance (Full-Time)

Job Summary
Perform landscape construction responsibilities including plant installation, grading, sod installation, and debris removal to meet company standards. Safely operate landscape equipment and a variety of hand tools. Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas while adhering to departmental policies. The role requires a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, as well as flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in same or related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent credentials preferred
- Hard working, reliable and the desire to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to perform all landscape operations to achieve company standards
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate landscape equipment
- Ability to perform landscape construction including plant installation and grading
- Must possess a positive attitude and work well with others
- Detail oriented
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic planting techniques
- Understanding of safe operation of small hand tools and limited landscape equipment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet multiple deadlines
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
