Job Summary
Load/unload trucks and secure gear; install and dismantle scaffolding and safety systems on residential building sites; work in a crew of 3 with a Leading Hand; complete basic reports and checks; participate in the First Lift Program (12 weeks) with structured on-the-job training; opportunities to progress toward Scaffold/Leading Hand roles; preferred experience in scaffolding or construction and a White Card; requires a driving licence and own transport; 40–50 hours/week, in-person work across multiple sites in SEQ; PPE provided.

- Willing to work Mon to Fri, with 40-50 hours per week
- Physically fit and able to work in fast-paced residential construction environment
