Job Summary
Construction Labourer position on the CN Glen Valley/Abbotsford project performing material handling (load/unload, move to/from work areas), site preparation and cleanup, assembly and dismantling of scaffolding and barricades, and demolition/excavation across buildings, municipal sewer and water mains, roads, dams, bridges, tunnels, railways and canals. Responsibilities include assisting with scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and safety-focused teamwork; requires 1–2 years in industrial or civil construction, CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, and Ground Disturbance 201, experience with compactors/trampers, ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) (and up to 23 kg as needed), reliable transportation, English proficiency, and a high school diploma.
