Job Summary
Full-time entry-level Construction Laborer position at Brooks Construction Company, Inc. requiring high school diploma, reliability, physical fitness, and willingness to work varied hours and travel.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and long hours/overtime
- Must have reliable transportation with the ability and willingness to travel up to a 90-mile radius from our office (at employee's expense)
- Must be willing to abide by our Drug Free & Alcohol-Free Workplace policies
- Must be able to work outdoors in all seasons and all weather conditions (including rain, snow, extreme heat/cold, water, mud, dust, etc.)
- Must have exceptional attendance, punctuality, dependability, reliability, and work ethic
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work independently, without continuous supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hands-on construction experience in horizontal/civil construction
