Job Summary
The Laborer I is an entry-level position focused on physical labor tasks at marine and civil construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, and supporting skilled trades. Responsibilities include operating tools, managing construction materials, and performing tasks at heights while adhering to safety protocols. The role demands physical strength, as frequent lifting up to 75 pounds is required, along with walking, stooping, and climbing. Preferred candidates have at least 6 months of relevant construction labor experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 75 pounds of material
- Experience in formwork/concrete construction labor (6 months preferred)
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools
