Job Summary
Perform general labor tasks including concrete cutting, joint taping, backer rodding, joint rehabilitation, and crack sealing on highways, runways, and parking lots. Operate hand and power tools while lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying materials. Adhere to safety standards per company policies and OSHA regulations. Work varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends, with willingness to travel for extended periods. Must hold a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old. Prior laborer experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens & background check, including MVR
- Must be available to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Willingness to travel for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform physical labor activities which includes, but is not limited to, lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or carrying different types of objects/materials
- Ability to use or learn how to use different hand and power tools
- Ensure the practice of safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a laborer or other relevant experience preferred
