Job Summary
Build and breakdown scaffolds, install ladders, walkways, and handrails at professional venues including stadiums, baseball fields, and racetracks. Inspect scaffold components prior to assembly, study plans and equipment lists, and ensure appropriate safety measures are followed while maintaining fall protection requirements. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and materials, load and unload equipment from trucks, and maintain tools and equipment properly at the end of each shift. This full-time, year-round role involves overnight travel as a crew member, with accommodations and lodging provided. You will work outdoors in sun and fresh air, managing a 75lb lifting capacity and requiring a valid driver's license. Background checks and drug screenings are required.
Required Qualifications

- Familiar with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc.
- Cannot be afraid of heights
- Creative problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting to achieve company goals
- Able to lift-up to 75Ibs
- Candidate should be able read and understand basic safety instructions
- Must be capable of working overtime
