Job Summary
Setup and remove traffic control equipment in work zones across Michigan, ensuring projects are accomplished accurately and safely. Operate motorized equipment and vehicles while lifting objects up to 100 lbs, frequently working near moving mechanical parts and in all weather conditions including rain, snow, and extreme heat. Rotate nights, weekends, and out-of-town assignments to complete projects lasting up to a week. Requires a valid driver's license insurable under company policy, with CDL A strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license required, must be insurable under the company's vehicle insurance policy
- Must pass physical
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and out-of-town
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, cold, and heat
- Must be able to lift or push/pull objects up to 100 lbs. without assistance
- Must be subject to a pre-employment drug screen & background check on their MVR driving records
