Job Summary
Maintain a safe, secure work environment by following standards, procedures, and legal regulations. Keep equipment operating by troubleshooting breakdowns and calling for repairs. Prepare work by studying instructions, calculating requirements, and gathering supplies. Safely move dirt, rocks, and materials using articulated dump trucks, picks, shovels, and pneumatic tampers. Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and control traffic in work zones. Operate hand and power tools including air hammers, earth tampers, and cement mixers. Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and erect scaffolding to support sides. Clean sites to eliminate hazards and distribute building materials to appropriate locations. This full-time position requires 1+ years of construction experience and involves physical labor at job sites.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in construction

- Must be able to compact and level earth
- Must be able to clean or prepare construction sites
- Must be able to load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools
