Construction Laborer

Construction Laborer needed to support heavy civil division with responsibilities including performing general heavy civil construction labor duties, directing traffic through construction zones using signs and signals, communicating with crew members and the public to ensure safety and efficient traffic movement, monitoring work zone conditions and reporting hazards, assisting with the safe entry/exit of vehicles and equipment, following safety regulations and PPE protocols, and working outdoors in varying weather. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, able to work in a team under varying conditions, and willing to adhere to all safety policies while supporting project execution and site operations.
