Job Summary
Conduct daily roofing labor duties including EPDM, TPO, modifieds, slate, tile, and shingle installations across major Midwest projects. Perform physical tasks under direct foreman supervision while strictly adhering to company safety policies and procedures. Complete required weekend shifts and seasonal adjustments as job site needs dictate. On-the-job training is provided for those with one or more years of construction labor experience and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License or State I.D.
- One or more years' experience as a construction laborer
- desire to learn a trade
- effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- perform the physical demands of the job
- work independently and in a group
- effectively follow all safety procedures and instruction from supervisor
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must follow company's safety policies and procedures
