Job Summary
Join our family-owned foundation repair crews as a Construction Laborer. You’ll train on equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, hydraulic drive heads) and work with a crew to install foundation repair systems. Start at our Centennial yard and perform year-round, full-time work with 10-hour shifts (Mon–Thu) and most Fridays off. You’ll lift 70+ lbs, follow directions, and contribute to a team on customer job sites. We offer hands-on equipment training, ongoing advancement opportunities (Laborer → Operator → Foreman), weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and benefits including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, PTO, IRA match, and boot reimbursement. Must pass drug screening and background check, and be eligible to work in the U.S. Opportunities to grow into higher-paying roles are available.
