Job Summary
Construction Laborer / Field Technician responsible for locating, investigating, and cleaning sewer and stormwater lines for rehabilitation and repair. Direct equipment with alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery; assist in initial setup and cleanup of job sites; lift 50+ lbs; review entry and post-installation videos; enter manholes; drive vehicles; complete daily driver’s duty logs; monitor safety and report hazards; team-oriented with a focus on compliance with safety standards. CDL preferred; OSHA/Confined Space safety certifications required or pursued; willingness to travel up to 90% and work in outdoor construction environments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Experience working in a physical labor position with outdoor construction required
- CDL (preferred)
- Acceptable driving record
- Safety Certifications for Confined Space, Competent Person, 10 and/or 30 hour OSHA, as well as those related to traffic control, as required
- Must successfully pass a drug test
- Must be able to lift, carry, and haul up to 75 lbs
- Ability to travel up to 90% if needed
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
