Job Summary
Load materials and trucks at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, then travel to customer homes to greet them and establish rapport. Demo existing bath or shower areas, install new tubs, pans, and wall surrounds, and update plumbing as needed. Clean up thoroughly and collect paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse. This residential remodeler role supports West Shore Home's nationwide operations in bathroom, flooring, window, and door installations, offering paid training and unlimited professional growth potential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Valid smart phone or smart device
- Ability to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
- Must be available for Monday-Friday schedule
- Must be available for a start time of 6:30 AM
- Must be able to lift materials and trucks
- Must be able to travel to customer's home
- Must be able to greet customers and establish rapport
- Must be able to demo existing bath/shower
- Must be able to install new tub or pan
- Must be able to install wall surround
- Must be able to update plumbing
- Must be able to clean up thoroughly
