Job Summary
Conduct hands-on labor including digging, backfilling trenches, and job site cleanup. Assist with product installations under Foreman direction, load and unload trucks with materials, and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs to and from job sites. Work safely in crawlspaces, basements, and outdoors in all weather while operating company vehicles. Show up consistently and reliably as part of a structured training program that leads to promotion from Installer to Foreman and beyond. Some projects require out-of-town travel with overnight stays, including paid travel time and lodging.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform strenuous labor for extended periods
- Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawlspaces, basements)
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements
- Show up consistently and reliably
