Install foundation and water management equipment at residential and commercial sites, performing general construction labor tasks such as digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up. Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials up to 50 lbs, enter confined spaces for repairs, and troubleshoot problems with assigned work. Maintain safety standards while working outdoors in various weather conditions, adhering to company policies and fostering teamwork. Requires a valid, non-restrictive driver's license, ability to lift heavy objects, and previous construction industry experience. Competitive hourly pay plus bonuses ($40k-50k avg), with tools, transportation, and boots provided.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment
- Previous experience working in the construction industry
- Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license
- Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Must be able to follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct
- Must be able to foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals
- Must be able to maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company's reputation
- Must be able to assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success
