Job Summary
Dig trenches, back-fill, and perform site clean-up while installing foundation and water management equipment at residential or commercial job sites. Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials up to 50 lbs, enter confined spaces for repairs, and troubleshoot assigned work under supervision. Maintain safety standards in various weather conditions, follow company policies, and foster teamwork by supporting project goals. Report to work daily with reliable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment
- Previous experience working in the construction industry
- Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license
- Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Must be able to follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct
- Must be able to foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals
- Must be able to maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company's reputation
- Must be able to assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success
- Must be able to regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day
