Job Summary
General Construction Laborer needed for various projects (commercial, residential, or industrial). Responsible for performing general labor on construction sites, assisting skilled tradespeople as needed, loading and unloading materials and equipment, and operating hand tools and power tools safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete tasks based on project assignments while following site safety rules and company policies. Requires at least one year of hands-on construction experience in concrete work, framing, window installation, pipelaying, drilling, or machine/heavy equipment operation, and the ability to perform physical labor and work as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of construction experience in one or more of the following: concrete work, framing, window installation, pipelaying, drilling, machine or heavy equipment operation
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
