Construction Laborer

Job Summary
Assist with residential construction and renovation tasks including demolition and site preparation, framing, carpentry, drywall installation and finishing support, flooring, trim, and general interior/exterior work. Load, unload, and transport materials; prepare job sites including grading, excavation, and material staging; operate basic tools and equipment such as plate compactors, saws, drills, and demolition tools; support equipment operators, carpenters, and crew leaders; maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site; follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders; adhere to safety standards. Requires physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, willingness to work outdoors/indoors in varying conditions, and reliable transportation; teamwork and positive attitude essential. Reports to Operations Management.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction experience
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and job site safety
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to work outdoors and indoors in various conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Valid driver’s license
