Job Summary
Build and breakdown scaffolds, install ladders, walkways, and handrails at professional venues like stadiums, baseball fields, and racetracks. Inspect all scaffold components prior to assembly and ensure appropriate safety measures are followed, including maintaining fall protection requirements. Assist in the safe and efficient installation and removal of equipment in accordance with project plans, while loading, unloading, and cleaning construction sites. This full-time, year-round role involves overnight travel as part of a crew of up to five employees, with accommodations and lodging provided. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions and must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. A valid driver's license is preferred, and candidates must be comfortable working at heights.
Required Qualifications
- Background Check

- Familiar with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc.
- Cannot be afraid of heights
- Creative problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting to achieve company goals
- Able to lift-up to 75Ibs
- Candidate should be able read and understand basic safety instructions
- Must be capable of working overtime
- Overnight Travel

Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred, with good driving record
- Candidates from a Scaffolding, Carpentry, Construction, Laboring or Events background
- Bi-lingual (English/ Spanish)
