Job Summary
Construction Laborer on Scottsdale, AZ-area earthmoving projects. You’ll perform on-site ground work, use hand tools, assist with setting up and hauling materials, provide work-zone traffic control as trained, and communicate with teammates using hand signals and radios. Expect outdoor work in all weather, walking and lifting tools/materials (10-50 lbs), and supporting earthwork operations including setting up HDPE pipe for pre-wet operations; training provided for flagger duties and safety procedures. Our team emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous development through in-house training and apprenticeship opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willing to travel to project locations across the Southwest US
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- Ability to lift/move 10-50 lbs
- Ability to communicate with co-workers using hand signals and two-way radios
- Ability to work on uneven/rough terrain and slopes
