Job Summary
Clean up the site, load/unload materials weighing 50 lbs+, install property protection, and organize tools. Provide assistance with sitework such as digging trenches, maintain job site security, and occasionally drive a company vehicle. Work safely in all weather conditions, dusty environments, and tight or high places while following direction and performing required tasks. Communicate clearly, remain inquisitive, and ensure teammate safety. This role requires a reliable motor vehicle report, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Base pay ranges from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to work in a dusty environment and on uneven terrain
- Ability to work in tight or high places (i.e., scaffolding and crawlspaces)
- A willingness to follow direction and perform work as required
- Basic understanding of job site organization and construction practices
- Positive attitude, self-awareness, and care for others
- Some knowledge of safety and health procedures
- Reliable transportation (this is a must)
- U.S. work authorization
- Must be able to provide a clean motor vehicle report prior to approval
