Job Summary
Perform general labor tasks including site preparation, material handling, and debris removal. Operate basic hand and power tools safely, load and unload equipment, and maintain clean work areas. Assist skilled trades personnel as directed while following all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions to support project timelines. This role requires previous construction experience, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions. Overtime may be available based on project needs, and travel may be required depending on the specific project location.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction experience (1 year)
- Experience working with materials (concrete, soil, asphalt)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a DISA drug test
- Must be open to overtime work
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
