Job Summary
Load and unload materials, assist carpenters and equipment operators, and perform general site tasks as directed. Clean and prepare construction sites by setting up and dismantling scaffolding, removing debris, and storing tools properly. Operate equipment including power drills, demolition saws, skid steers, and forklifts, while shoveling materials such as asphalt, concrete, and snow. Work at heights on ladders and scaffolding, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and reporting incidents immediately. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and at least one year of construction experience. Salary is $20–$25/hour for full-time, non-exempt positions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or a related field
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be willing to travel to job sites
- Must be 18 years of age or older
