Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Construction Laborer to contribute to day-to-day maintenance of our unique environment at Casa de Fruta. Responsibilities include performing building and grounds maintenance with experience in construction trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, and HVAC. Applicants should be professional, friendly, and comfortable working with the public; must possess a valid California driver license and be able to provide a clean DMV record upon request. Availability may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance and PTO accrual starting after the first year. Location is Hollister, CA with on-site work as part of a roadside orchard resort experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid California driver license
- Must be able to provide a clean DMV driving record, upon request
- Experience in building and grounds maintenance
- Experience in construction trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, and HVAC is highly desired
