Job Summary
Laborers may clean and prepare construction sites, load and unload building materials, and build or take apart scaffolding. They may also dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth. Responsibilities include operating hand and power tools, lubricating, cleaning, and maintaining machinery and tools, ensuring workplace safety, and performing tasks in undeveloped or remote areas under adverse conditions. Requires ability to work in teams, follow directions, and lift heavy items as needed; must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work on active outdoor construction sites. Demonstrated safety priority and ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
