Job Summary
Lead and supervise installation teams for bath/shower systems in Pacific, WA, coordinating 5 installation crews to ensure on-time, high-quality residential remodel projects. Manage production operations, review installation situations with clients before, during, and after installs, and drive installation revenue. Conduct site visits to review customer experience, provide leadership and training to meet company goals, promote a safety-minded culture, and coordinate cross-functional efforts for timely project invoicing and payment collection. Requires 2 to 5 years of progressive installation experience with strong leadership, the ability to relate to all levels of employees and clients, and a solid understanding of Materials/Supply Chain and Product Flow; dependable with thorough follow-up and responsiveness; a team player. Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of progressive installation experience (Residential Remodelers preferred)
- Leadership skills to motivate staff and manage an Installation team (5 Installation Crews)
- Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and clients
- Strong understanding of Materials/Supply Chain and Product Flow
- Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness
