Job Summary
Construction Inspector to oversee road, bridge or associated construction projects valued from $1-$50 million. Based out of Waterbury, VT. Responsibilities include interfacing with contractors, daily reports, measurement of quantities, coordinating material sampling/testing, monitoring traffic maintenance, updating red-line drawings using Bluebeam, and adherence to safety policies. Preferred AS degree in Engineering/Construction Management or related field; proficiency with MS Word and construction-management software (Site/Field Manager, Procore, IPD, APPIA, IPD, Bluebeam); certification such as ACI or NETTCP within 3 months; experience reading plans and specs; valid driver's license; 5 years of applicable experience. Compensation range $55,600-$100,000; benefits package described.
