- Experience on projects for NYCDDC, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, PANYNJ, or MTA
- NICET II, III or IV Certification in Transportation/Highway and Bridge Construction
- Water Main Inspection Certificate
- OSHA 10-hour certification
- ACI certification
