The Construction Inspector is responsible for inspecting and observing roadway, bridge, and utility projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. This role includes conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with contractors, engineers, and clients.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of related experience
- OHCMT Materials Sampling and Testing Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of ODOT and OTA specifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Familiar with grading, drainage, and utility projects
- Site Manager application experience
