Construction Inspector

Serve as a Construction Inspector for select Construction Management Projects by displaying the firm positively, working with resident engineers, and inspecting items within the scope of services. Complete daily reports, activity logs, and field books while attending weekly progress meetings and managing RFIs, change orders, and material submittals. Utilize manuals, standards, and engineering judgment to provide construction solutions and handle project closeout items. Requires GDOT certification, two years of CM experience, and technical writing skills.
