Job Summary
Act as the on-site liaison with clients and communities while conducting field inspections and monitoring construction operations for compliance with permits. Coordinate with contractors, the Engineer of Record, and project managers to interpret contract requirements, review shop drawings, and address field changes. Record daily inspection reports, organize construction documentation using cloud-based interfaces, and lead or assist with Requests for Information responses. Identify and mitigate potential project risks by reviewing construction CPM schedules and attending preconstruction, progress, and coordination meetings. Maintain a safe working environment and participate in ongoing training. This role supports Wade Trim's infrastructure investment solutions through a collaborative, employee-owned culture focused on innovative technology and client success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3 or more years of water/wastewater heavy civil project experience
- Experience with water distribution, wastewater collection, and transmission systems
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- NASSCO PACP certification and Water Distribution Operator license in Florida
- Experience with wastewater treatment facilities and related mechanical process equipment
- 40 Hour OSHA training
- Trench and Safety Training
