Job Summary
Oversee commercial structures, roadways, bridges, and buildings by managing pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and contract negotiations. Ensure full compliance with local and national safety guidelines, building codes, and regulations while utilizing industry-standard software such as Procore and Timberline/Sage. Provide a detailed projects list during the application process. Candidates must possess provable heavy civil project management experience, with a degree in Civil Engineering preferred. Ability to comfortably commute to job sites is required. Salary commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Heavy Civil PM
- provable experience in the areas of roads, airports, bridges and/or buildings
- Computer literate in industry standard softwares--Procore, Timberline/Sage, etc.
- Ability to comfortably commute to job site/s
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering a plus
