Job Summary
Coordinate habitat restoration projects by planning fieldwork, installing native seed, and supervising crews for irrigation, grading, and erosion control. Update project tracking tools using FieldMaps, Survey123, and Field Suite Services while assisting with proposals, cost estimating, and pre/post-bid walks. Maintain field logs, report progress, and cultivate positive client interactions to identify business opportunities. Based primarily in Riverside with a hybrid schedule, this role requires year-round outdoor work in varying terrain and weather. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Natural Resources, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field
- Knowledge of habitat restoration or construction fields—through internship, volunteer work, or professional experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors safely and effectively
- Valid CA driver's license with clean record
