Lead onsite team to drive accountability and keep ground-up commercial projects moving. Oversees onsite team including Project Manager, APM, Assistant Superintendent, subcontractors, and stakeholders, reporting directly to Executive Leadership. Requires leadership, communication, sequencing, and accountability, with the ability to mentor teams, solve problems, and deliver projects the right way with executive presence.
