Job Summary
Dig, back-fill trenches, and clean up residential or commercial job sites while installing foundation and water management equipment under supervision. Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials up to 50 lbs, enter confined spaces for repairs, and troubleshoot assigned work. Maintain safety standards while working outdoors in various weather conditions. Report to work reliably each day. Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment
- Previous experience working in the construction industry
- Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license
- Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies
- Must be able to maintain safety standards
- Must be able to foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals
- Must be able to maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company's reputation
