Job Summary
The Construction Funding Specialist I supports commercial, agricultural, single-family, and multi-family construction projects by collecting documentation, analyzing draw requests to monitor progress and mitigate risk, ordering inspections, coordinating funding with the wire department or internal accounts, and ensuring compliance with laws and Nicolet policies. This role emphasizes accurate documentation, lender approvals, and a commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunities, with duties that include interfacing with title companies, builders, lenders, and appraisers, plus performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-year relevant experience
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- High degree of accuracy
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and strong work ethic
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance
