Job Summary
Lead and oversee residential and commercial reconstruction crews on projects following water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage events. Read and interpret construction plans, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, manage jobsite activities to keep projects on schedule and within scope, perform quality control inspections, ensure safety and code compliance, and communicate updates to homeowners and project managers. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required to supervise multiple trades, manage field crews, track labor and materials, and maintain organized, professional job sites while delivering exceptional customer service. Familiarity with construction management software, OSHA and IICRC knowledge (preferred), and a valid driver’s license are also desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential and/or commercial construction experience
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of building methods, construction practices, and local codes
- Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
- Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and construction management software is a plus
