Construction Foreman --(Nashville, TN AREA)

Construction Lead on-site for fueling and charging station projects in Nashville, TN. Responsible for coordinating tasks with crews and subcontractors, supporting project timelines, and collaborating with construction managers, estimators, and internal teams to keep projects on track. Will mentor newer team members and travel to job sites as needed. Essential duties include monitoring crew and subcontractor schedules, ensuring safe work practices and housekeeping, directing daily tasks, tracking materials and sub-contractor costs to maintain budgets, verifying task compliance with codes and specifications, documenting daily activities, and maintaining positive relationships with crews, vendors, and suppliers. Must be able to operate heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying weather. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.
