Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of landscape construction experience
- 1+ year in a leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques, equipment operation, and job site safety
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with Aspire Software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license; CDL or equipment operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Prolonged periods standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and squatting
