Job Summary
Lead and instruct a landscape construction crew of up to 6 members to implement landscape projects, serve as onsite ambassador to clients, emphasize safe use of tools and equipment, ensure high-quality workmanship, train crewmembers, and manage project documentation, equipment, and labor forecasting on projects including hardscape, plant material, outdoor lighting, water features, and grading.
Required Qualifications
- Landscape Installation: 3 years (Required)
- 4+ years residential landscape construction experience(Required)
- Crew management experience (Required)
- Valid drivers license with a clean MVR
- Able and willing to pass a pre-employment drug screening & Background Check
- Read and interpret landscape plans
- Bilingual preferred
- High school or equivalent preferred; Landscape industry certification preferred
