Construction Foreman

Job Summary
Oversee daily construction activities for well pads, access roads, water lines, and civil infrastructure projects to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with project specifications. Inspect construction work for quality, compliance with applicable codes, and adherence to Infinity's safety, environmental, and operational requirements. Identify, document, and communicate deviations, deficiencies, or safety concerns, then conduct follow-up inspections to confirm corrective actions have been resolved. Maintain accurate inspection records, including photographs and daily reports, and use SiteView cost tracking software to monitor alignment with approved budgets. Coordinate with contractors to review and submit invoices for payment, while collaborating with project managers and external stakeholders to address project needs and maintain strong relationships with landowners and regulatory agencies. This field-based role requires a clean driving record and the ability to perform medium-level physical work across Pennsylvania locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and/or inspection within the oil and gas industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes for well pads, access roads, water lines, and related infrastructure
- Strong understanding of industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements specific to oil and gas construction
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and document construction defects and deviations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using inspection tools, software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to travel to various project sites as needed
- Must be able to perform a medium level of physical work – exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- See, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity
- Able to kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree or technical certification in construction technology, civil engineering, or a related field
