Job Summary
Construction Foreman role overseeing and managing multiple restoration/construction projects, supervising subcontractors and in-house labor, coordinating with Superintendents and Operations Manager, negotiating scope and pricing, developing budgets and schedules, tracking progress, producing daily progress reports for the CRISP system, ensuring safety and adherence to PPE and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely billing and documentation, and facilitating permits and client communications. Must have strong supervisory experience in commercial construction/restoration, OSHA 10, budgeting and scheduling proficiency, and capable communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial construction performing supervisory or superintendent duties
- OSHA 10 certified
- Hands-on experience in defining project budgets, including tracking/monitoring and reporting
- Valid Driver’s License with driving record in good standing
- Industry related certifications are a plus
- Experience in developing and maintaining strong customer relations, building on company reputation
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) at all levels
- Possess excellent time management skills, can set priorities and meet deadlines
- Computer experience in MS Outlook and other programs, can produce basic Excel and Word documents (Xactimate is a plus)
