Job Summary
Lead daily construction activities across farm infrastructure, warehouses, utilities, and civil works projects while supervising site workers, subcontractors, trades, and equipment operators. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and material requirements to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and quality control checks to maintain compliance with workplace health and safety standards. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management on the delivery of capital projects across this growing agribusiness operation.
Required Qualifications
- Trade qualification in Carpentry, Masonry, Civil Construction, or related field
- Minimum 7 years' construction experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site operations
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple workstreams
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
