Job Summary
Lead the installation, removal, and repair of rental fence panels and manage the field crew to ensure site readiness, safety, and quality. Responsibilities include preparing site areas, ensuring underground utility safety, aligning and pounding fence posts, attaching rails, installing panels and privacy elements, performing on-site repairs, transporting materials, operating a forklift and company vehicle per DOT rules, and completing administrative tasks such as collecting signatures and timesheets. Requires strong leadership, reliability, customer-service orientation, attention to detail, and proficiency with air/hand/power tools; ability to lift up to 100 lbs; prior fencing experience and supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year heavy construction required
- 1+ years of experience in driving large commercial vehicles (non-CDL)
- 1+ years of experience in supervising
- Prior fencing experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (no DUI/DWI)
