Job Summary
Lead the installation, removal, and repair of rental fence panels on job sites. Manage site operations, ensure safety and compliance with underground utility requirements, align and pound fence posts, install rails and privacy panels, and stabilize with weights. Oversee crew performance, coordinate with customers, collect signatures for work orders, and perform administrative tasks. Operate forklift and drive the company truck per DOT regulations, and ensure site specifications are met. Requires leadership, reliability, customer service, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Background check and drug screen are conducted; benefits include medical, dental, life, disability, PTO, 401k, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no DUI/DWI)
- 1 year heavy construction required
- 1+ years experience driving large commercial vehicles (non-CDL)
- 1+ years experience in supervising
- Prior fencing experience preferred
