Job Summary
Construction Fleet Administrator at Gothic Landscape responsible for fleet administrative support to the fleet manager, DMV registrations, fuel tracking, rental equipment operations, shop inventory, and purchasing; requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years related experience; salary $24-$26/hour DOE; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and Roth IRA, 9 paid holidays, vacation, and sick time; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge and experience with Sage/Timberline, Paperless, and/or Fleetio is a plus
- Adaptable to changes in the work environment with the ability to manage competing demands in a very fast-paced environment
- Ability to process purchase orders for shop supplies/inventory and equipment rentals
