Manage daily operations by diagnosing service issues, resolving problems quickly, and adapting to field conditions while maintaining strict adherence to GDI budgeting timelines. Build positive relationships with customers, employees, and subcontractors to meet branch revenue goals and exceed 90-day quality standards. Develop winning teams by advancing apprentices to installers and subcontractors to full qualification within three months. Maintain a 90%+ customer satisfaction rate and generate positive online reviews from at least 30% of completed installations.
Required Qualifications
