Job Summary
Lead installation crews for premium patio enclosures and replacement windows, ensuring top-quality workmanship and meeting GDI budgeting timelines. Manage daily operations by diagnosing service issues, resolving problems quickly, and adapting to field conditions while maintaining project schedules. Build positive relationships with customers, employees, and subcontractors to deliver win-win solutions and exceed 90% customer satisfaction on service surveys. Develop winning teams by mentoring apprentices into installers and lead installers within three to nine months. Maintain outstanding 90-Day Branch Quality and generate online reviews from at least 30% of completed installations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license

- 2+ years of construction field operations experience
- Expert knowledge of all product lines and installation methods
